A: The monitor can recognize both the baby and an adult, and it can differentiate between them. You can choose to track only the baby or prioritize the baby with the Auto Tracking feature.

A: First, make sure your device is online. You can also check the Wi-Fi signal strength by going to Settings → Device Information → Signal Strength. If the signal is weak (below 70%), we recommend moving the device closer to your router to improve the connection.
Q: Why doesn't the monitor trigger an alert when the baby's face is covered?
A:1.First, check if the covered-face detection is enabled. By default, the detection activates after the baby falls asleep, but you can manually switch to "All-day Detection."
