Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Growing MONAI. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return the item for refund or replacement. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. For purchases not made directly through our official webstore, please contact resellers for returns.

To be eligible for a return, you must send us an email at growingmonai-amz.com@monaibaby.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to facilitate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Accessories

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns even if you simply change your mind, as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds

 

Refund is only applicable to item(s) purchased directly through our official webstore. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within 5 business days.


Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at growingmonai-amz.com@monaibaby.com to obtain instructions.


Returning Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
